My name is Jennifer Brosnan and I'm the owner and baker of Lady Baked. I'm not a traditional bakery. There is no brick and mortar location. Over the past 7 years I found a niche working with local breweries who needed food popups but wanted something different. Donuts became my specialty and I've worked with many breweries on a rotating basis bringing my Donuts, Desserts & Baked Goods to Popups each weekend in Queens, Brooklyn and Long Island. Please see my Popup Schedule for monthly dates. Everything I do is made from scratch with no artificial ingredients or preservatives. 

Starting in November 2020 I became part of the Keuka Kafe family. They have given me the opportunity to bring Lady Baked to the next level and encourage and support my creativity in the kitchen. You can find my desserts each month as part of their monthly wine dinners as well as special events and holidays. Preorder and pickup at the restaurant is available. 

Lady Baked is a fully insured home bakery and approved by the Dept. of Agriculture. Every item purchased is labeled and lists each ingredient that goes into making your delicious treat.
